Located in the heart of le Marais in front of Metro Saint Paul close to the Seine river and l'Ile Saint Louis, this beautiful 55m2 one bedroom apartment is ideal to discover Paris. It was recently renewed, furnished and decorated.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an ancient and authentic Marais building with very high celling offering plenty of charm and character.

Neighborbood Overview:

The Marais is the oldest neighbourhood of Paris. The vibrant atmosphere of the Marais is unique thanks to its nice art galleries, cafés, restaurants and, trendy boutique shops. On Sundays the area is converted in pedestrian zone where Parisian like to come to shop and relax. Less than a minute walk and you are in Saint Paul village antique market, walk two minutes more and you will reach Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris. Notre Dame cathedral and the amazing Iles de la Cité and Iles Saint Louis are also only few minutes walk. On Thursdays and Sundays the largest open air market takes place near Place de la Bastille within 10 minutes walk from our place. The Marais is a very safe area where you can walk and enjoy the unique charm of Paris.
