Our house is an independent house of 90m2, on 3 floors in the charming district of Mouzaia, in the 19th. It is located in a paved dead end, quiet, in the morning you are awakened by the songs of birds.

It has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a balcony.

The metro 7B will allow you to access all the iconic areas of Paris.

This house was once the studio of a painter and a theatre director. I have recently transformed it into a home.

Neighborbood Overview:

Our area, next to Le parc de Buttes Chaumont is really apreciated by the parisians, it is also named: "La campagne à Paris" (The countryside in Paris).
A great place to go for a run, a romantic walk or to play soccer with the kids.
The house is part of "La Mouzaia". All those small houses used to be the houses of many families of workers who worked in the factories nearby. All those Streets are named with the names of popular poets.

This part of Paris hasn't been authorized to be rebuilt because all thoses houses were buit on chalk mines. Impossible to build big buildings on this ground. This is why in some places it still looks like the Paris of the 19th century.
