My private rooms are in Woodhaven, NY, one block to Jamaica Ave. It is very near to 24-hour food and grocery deli, 24-hour laundromat, restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It is 500 human steps to the J-Z subway station at 75 St-Elderts Lane Station. White, Hispanic/Latino, and Asians compose 80% of the residents, and 20% are African-Americans, Native Americans, and other ethnicities. This is a residential neighborhood, with abundance of trees in Forest Park, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the house. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in metro-NYC and Queens.
