We offer a lovely room in a very typical Parisian flat, with a comfy double bed. The flat is in an old Hausmann-Building on a large Boulevard, not far away from the Latin Quater and other sights you can easily reach by foot or a short metro trip.

The space
The flat is typical Parisian - small but very cosy and lovely! With have wooden floors and stuccoed ceilings. Your room is facing the backyard so it is also very quiet and perfect to relax after a long day in the City.

Guest access
You will have your own room with a large double bed and a shared bath room.

Neighborbood Overview:

The flat is situated in the 13ème arrondissement of Paris, but very close to the 5th, the Latin Quater.
You can easily walk to the Rue Mouffetard, the Panthéon, the Sorbonne, Jardin de Luxembourg or Jardin des Plantes.
In a strong 20 min walk you can also reach the Seine!

On Rue Mouffetard or on the Butte aux Cailles you will find lovely Restaurants and Bars that are not floated with tourists and where you can try delicious french food and wine.

There is a market three times a week quite close to our place, where you can find fresh fruit, best french cheese and charcuterie.

For a nice breakfast with have a very good boulangerie artisanale next door !

We are Franziska and Fiona and are studying french-german law at the Sorbonne in Paris. Whenever one of us is absent for a longer period of time, we love to rent out the room to nice people wanting to discover our lovely City! We both love to travel and get to know nice local people who share the best hints for restaurants, bars, shopping etc. with us and we love to do so when you visit us in Paris! We love our typical Parisian quater and our nice, clean and comfortable flat - If you like to travel and go for some adventures, but prefer to come home to a cosy and clean room in the evening rather than share dirty hostel-dorms - you will love our home as well!
