The house is located at cape Vrekastro, at the eastern end of the long sandy bay of Agios Fokas, just about 2.5km from the center of Tinos. This villa offers unique views over the nearby islands and is built just 30 meters from the seashore. In walking distance, on the 1.5 km-long beach of Agios Fokas, one can find some quality restaurants.
The space
The villa offers views to the Aegean and the nearby islands - Mykonos, Naxos, Paros, Antiparos, Sifnos and the sacred island of classical Greece, Delos. This view can be also enjoyed from within the house's interior, and sitting on the big veranda you can enjoy sunrises with magnificent colors. The building itself is just 9 years old, and the house is equipped with state-of-the-art materials and facilities.
