The apartment is located 50m from the Acropolis metro station and 150m from the Acropolis museum. It is located on a quiet padestrian street. There are many restaurants and cafes as well as a minimarket around the corner. It consists of one airconditioned bedroom with a TV with Netflix and a dining area. There is a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Finally there is a sitting area in the small common courtyard.
The bed is a little big for the room so there is little space on the sides.

The space
The property is an old family town house from the early 1900s. It has been renovated but the structure has been kept the same. The peoperty consists of four apartments sharing the courtyard and the laundry fascilities. One has a separate entrance and the other two share the entrance through the courtyard so Grey Matter 3 has total privacy unless you chose to sit at the the courtyard or bump into someone else at the laundry.
