This gorgeous flat is spread across two floors, which separate its spacious bedrooms. The flat is a luxurious 120 square meters, with high ceilings, two modern bathrooms, and a large fully-equipped kitchen. It features colorful artwork and also includes a workspace with a broad desk and chair.

The flat is located right across the Naschmarkt, Vienna's most famous market, since the 1700's! It is only a short walk from the main central attractions and in the middle of the Art Nouveau architecture.

Upstairs you can find a big, bright living area with an elegant Moroccan table and lots of seating space for relaxing, reading, or looking out over the green courtyard below.

Please keep in mind that it is a loft style open space. Bedrooms are in different floors, but there are no doors, so please keep this in mind for your privacy arrangements!

This is my all time favorite neighborhood in the centre of Vienna. It is across the market, yet faces an inner courtyard so it is quiet. Its filled with cool trendy shops, nice cafes and restaurants and full of the creative generators of the city of Vienna.The flat’s location is ideal, situated directly on Vienna’s famous Naschmarkt, but fully sound insulated so that no street noises are audible from inside. An excellent supermarket is located just downstairs, and you can find a pharmacy, a Chinese supermarket, a cosmetics store, great restaurants and shopping all within one block. Best of all, the Kettenbrückengasse metro station and a taxi stand are both just a 30-second walk away, giving you direct access to all the rest of the city. Mariahilfer Straße is only a ten minute walk away as well.

Travel Details from the host -> I am originally from Latin America, but have lived in Vienna since 2010. I love traveling, especially in India and Myanmar, where I fell in love with yoga and meditation practices. I studied Literature and love poetry, fiction and song lyrics from different cultures and epochs.
