This quaint & cozy apartment, newly built on private land and filled with century-old olive trees, has the most incredibly breathtaking panoramic view of the Aegean & Smaller Cyclades! The closest beach, a 5' walk away, is practically private even in August! This home away from home will undoubtedly be your most memorable stay where you will relax, unwind and recharge your batteries! We are 40 km from the port town and ONE DEFINITELY NEEDS A CAR TO COME!!!
The space
The apartment is on the top floor, very private and with 3 seaside verandas. The kitchen is small but fully functional with all the basic cooking utensils, electric water kettle espresso machine and basic cooking amenities. The bathroom has a shower, hot water heater and washing machine. There is a 32" HD tv and of course high speed wifi!

in area-Naxos, GreeceLygaridia is a small village with summer homes where the noisiest neighbours are some sheep and goats grazing in the nearby fields. The closest beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are over a dozen beaches and natural coves to explore and swim in if one continues southwards to Panermos.
Just 2 km away to the north returning to Moutsouna, there are quite a few sandy beaches just off the road that ends at the dock (Skala) where emery was shipped from one of the two mines in Naxos.
To the south, Kanaki and Panermos beaches are two very popular hot spots for spending the day relaxing and swimming in crystal clear waters of the Aegean. Panermos also has remains of an acropolis perched over the cove and the beach is perfectly situated so that it wards off the north winds. There is a small canteen during the summer season as well.
