Despite its being located in a very central & vibrant district, it's extremely calm (court-yard facing on both sides!). One thing worth mentioning: 1 room has a glass-door with a slightly see-through store & 1 couch is in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen w/out a door. Also great for shopping as Vienna's - arguably ;) - hippest street runs parallel to it. The first district with all its tourist attractions is just a few hundred meters away - so definitely walking distance but you won't be surrounded by tourists if you don't feel like it.
