My studio is located inside a 1930’s very secure building on the 1st floor within the wealthy and safe 4th district (arrondissement). It is furnished to accommodate maximum 2 GUESTS.

The studio was recently renovated by a young talented architect using Wabi-Sabi aesthetic influences from Japan. The minute you walk in, you will feel a modern and contemporary studio that exudes warmth, style and comfort.

Neighborbood Overview:

Just outside the studio, on the boulevard, you will find handy facilities to enjoy your stay with several French restaurants, a lovely bakery “boulangerie”, a Café, a Supermarket, Dry Cleaners.

The apartment is 10 minutes stroll from Le Marais district (Saint Paul Village, Place Des Vosges), Arsenal port, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Bastille place with several RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPS, CAFE, GROCERY and FRUIT STORES.

You can visit farmers markets like Marché Bastille or Baudoyer around to buy some organic fruits and vegetables.

Bienvenue to Paris! ようこそﾊﾟﾘへ！ I am Pedro originally from a small Caribbean Island. I love to travel “backpacker style”, to meet new people, learn and share our cultures. I have spent some time volunteering for MSF, a Humanitarian Medical International Organisation. I like gadgets & technology so you will notice it in my home. I am also an marathon runner so I took the opportunity during my trips to run in several cities (Hong-Kong, Dubai, Tokyo, Paris, Limerick, Rabat, NY, London and so many others..)
