Great 1 bedroom appartement, close to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
The flat is very clean and functionnal.
It is also very sunny and quiet, with lots of plants.

The space
My appartement is extremely well located : 200m from the "Champs de Mars" park and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. The neighboorhoud is very lively, but the appartement is not noisy at all, since it is not directly on the street, but on a small garden.

There are 3 metro lines, 2 bus lines and taxis available right outside.

It can accomodate 2 people and it is located on the 5th floor of a 120 years old building. (no elevator !)

Free high-speed internet (wifi), cable television, laundry machine, dishwasher, Queen size bed (1,6m x 2m), Nespresso machine.

This appartement is the place i live in all year long and it really means alot to me, so please be respectful !
