I live in a lovely Parisian one-bedroom apartment of 42m2, on the second floor of an old Parisian building, with wooden floor et moldings on the ceiling.
The space
One bedroom flat (with a living room of course), 42m2, on the second floor of a early XXth century building.
There is a wooden floor and moldings on the ceiling. A "kitchenette" (so Parisian) with a washing machine and a dish-washer. A small and convenient bathroom (very Parisian...) with a shower and WC (very very Parisian, so...).
The bedroom overlook the courtyard so it is quite calm. The living room overlook the Tolbiac street that is know to be one of the longest street of Paris but not the quietest, but there is a double-glazed window.
