I offer a small but comfortable bed room with king size 140 cm large mattress, hence great and comfy for ONE GUEST , in a 55 m2 sunny flat ; and with good atmosphere feeling and humor!)
Watch out! flat on 5th floor, no lift!.. that's where typical Parisian Life begins!!:) DON'T COMPLAIN after if you did not pay attention on this very point! I walk up & donw every day, like so many parisians do! now if you want a lift, please consider other place!
The space
my flat is kind of unique since it is very quiet, with nice views on small gardens and some of PAris rooves! you can even her the birds in Spring & Summer!)
please note that I live on 5th floor, with no lift, just stairs, which remain easy to climb, and keep you fit! it is very common in Paris, some have 6 even 8 floors no lift!!
