The flat is a small (25m²) but pleasant and convenient to discover Paris. It's perfect for a couple : a wide space divided into a bedroom and a nice kitchen/living room. It's fully furnished and equiped.

The flat is composed with:
- A cosy living room with a kitchen (refrigerator, oven microwaves), a nice fireplace and a couch
- A large bedroom (with a desk, cable TV and a king size bed)
- A small bathroom (shower)
- A WC separated

You can use the washing machine and free high-speed wireless internet access. Linens, towels and kitchen ustensiles are provided.

Neighborbood Overview:

The neighborhood is very active and trendy with lots of restaurants and shops (a great butcher's shop is close, a jewish bakery, an excellent Korean restaurant or a Polish grocery store...).

It's typical of the East Parisian, popular and family, and you'll find easily some places to hang out. A few minutes from here, you can discover neighborhoods with nice personality - that are perfect to hang out - like Avron, Menilmontant, Bastille or Oberkampf.

On the other side of Place de la Nation, going East, you'll find the beautiful parc de Vincennes. There, you can enjoy the sun, the summer jazz festival or rent a boat to sunbath on one of the four lakes.

Last but not least, it is close to the Seine, which is very active in summer : near Bercy there are many great open clubs, concert halls and restaurants along the quays.
