This appartment is located in the Panthéon hill, the heart of the quartier latin, close to the rue Mouffetard one on the most lively street of Paris with bar, restaurants, universities (Sorbonne, Paris Assas...) and theaters.
Ideal for one person in a business/student trip at Paris, accompanied with an other adult and one child. It offers very special facilities (not common in Paris city center studios) : a washing machine for clothes, a heated towel rail, an air-conditioning system.

Neighborbood Overview:

The pantheon area is the heart of Paris and at the heart of the Quartier Latin. The two oldest parisian universities of Human studies (Sorbonne) and Law (Assas) are located at just a block of the flat. There are a lot of lively bars and restaurants everywhere in the area. For walks and leisure, the famous rue Mouffetard starts at just 200 meters of the studio. The studio is also very quiet during the day so you can easily work if you have to.

Travel Details from the host

Our names are Aude and Antoine and we live in the Parisian suburb. We like to meet different people and before we lived in Paris city center in this studio (even if it was not as nice as now at that time .;)). So we know the french capital city very well and we will be very happy to give you advices and tips and helping you to have a wonderful trip in Paris. Aude speaks also little german so we will be happy to receive mail in this language too.
