This flat is perfect for people who like to feel at home, authentic french home.
My work is to sell second hand clothes so all of the stuff in my flat is from second hand. Check the pic of toilet just to make sure that you could like the style.

This flat is my principal house, so I will leave all my stuff and all the necessary material to feel good.

I leave in a simple way, so no TV, no microwave, no electic kettle, but WIFI :)

The flat has a big living room, a big kitchen, a small bedroom, a study, a toilet and a microcopic shower room.

I advice you it's single glazing, the bedroom is in the middle of the falt so it's not a problem but the building could be noisy as many bigs cities. For sensitive personn it's better to take earplug.
