The 15th is a great area right next to the Eiffel tower with direct connection to the Quartier Latin and Le Marais. The area is very family orientated too, combining calmness and safety. There is no nightclub or loud bar but instead more laidback cafes, traditional food stores and market along with bakeries. There is a traditional French street market twice a week...
