I rent a big (23m2) room with very good double sized bed, nice and calm with a big window. The building is in a typical Parisian style classic, the apartment is at the 4th floor with elevator.
Guest access
Separate kitchen, separate WC and bathroom, fast wifi and living room are provided. You will have a set of keys, some of the deposit would be taken if you loose them. You have free access to the apartment at any time with your keys.
