The space
The villa is built on two floors connected by internal and external staircase. The ground floor is 200sqm and the first 110sqm. It consists of 5 bedrooms plus a loft bedroom, 3 bathrooms, two large single-spaced living-rooms and dining-rooms 45sqm and 40sqm respectively, a kitchen 20m² and 4 large balconies (200sqm) wiith unobstructed view. On the southeastern side there is an outdoor private pool 4x10.5m. It also has barbecue, wood oven, private parking, a large lawn area, a mini volleyball course and a ping pong table. The house always has plenty of hot water due to a combined solar and inverter system, as well as fancoil air-conditioners in all areas.
