The villa is a two-storey old traditional house built in 1890! The house was totally renovated a few years ago with preserving its traditional touches.

Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find an open plan area with the fully equipped kitchen, the living room area with satellite HDTV, a fireplace and the indoor dinning table. Also on the ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 single beds and air-condition and one bathroom with bath.

There are two big villages nearby where you can find shops, bakeries, many taverns and supermarkets. The well known village of Spili which also has a health centre is located 10 minutes away by car and the village of Armeni which is 15 minutes away.
Finally in the South coast, about 20 minutes away from the villa there is a small sea front town of Plakias where you can find everything that you might need and also several choices for entertainmen
