Starting point as the apartment is situated downtown in an urban area near the center 10min walk. Been in the center gives access to high ways, port & airport with railway , metro & many bus stations.
The neighborhood is a cultural mix of immigrants some short time most becoming locals & Greek family's been here for ever.
We host a lot of volunteers for the refugees so is value for money & close to many places
Also good for visiting Athens mostly by walking

Old apartment with a refurbish & refurnish. Value for money.
The apartment has one bedroom ,a Living room, full equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee machine for cappuccino and espresso and a bathroom. Can host 2 persons.There is also air-conditioning (living room and bedroom) .

All of the apartment & small balcony at the back side.
