Welcome to my little personal Refugium! My condo has a living room and a separate bedroom. It's small but has all the needed ammenities and a bit more. It's near subway and a pedestrian zone. I promise you, you will never be threatened to starve: There are small restaurants and supermarkets around the corner, almost 24/7.

The space
I purchased the condo because I wanted to have a place to stay in Vienna. But I use it not on a regular Basis. This means you have a fully new equipped and furnitured condo. I bet you will like it the same as I do.

The 10th district is known als multi-culture part of Vienna: There is a good mixture of Austrians and people from other countries, mainly Turkey. In the nearby pedestrian Zone you find small restaurants, and shops. Food is good and cheap, but don't expect high-class restaurants.
