This cosy little flat (45sm) is situated perfectly near the center of Athens , the building is quite and the area is extra safe . in two minutes walking distance there is a bus stop , taking you directly to the metro . In the neighborhood you can find all kinds of convinience stores. The city center is 20 minutes away , on foot , and you pass by a lot of beautiful scenery to get there .

Please note i have personal items in the house such as clothes , i will do my best so they will not be in your way . For long term rentals i can empty the closet completely :)
A bit worn down but spot clean bathroom , with washing machine , there is a small bathtub also ....

Pagrati is really close to the city centre so i would not say it is a completely quite area , but the fact that the apartment is on the 3rd floor makes everything ok ;) shops , stores and recreational facilities are nearby , for the fit the stadium of the first olympic games is only a 5 minute walk away so you can have a nice run .
