The area is considered one of the best available in Vienna. The apartment is situated in the last house of a dead end street, right at the border of the green belt, very green and calm - no cars passing by. If you arrive by car, you will always find a parking place in front of the house, and until July 1st 2019, it will be free of charge.

The grocery ("SPAR") is about 8 minutes walking distance.

In the same area you find a post office, a bank, a pharmacy, a drugstore, a bakery, 2 ATMs and the starting point of tram line 38.

The excellent hospitals "Rudolfinerhaus" and "Privatklinik Döbling" can be easily reached by public transport.

Travel Details from the host -> I am Italian, but I live in Vienna since 1977 - now in the same house in Grinzing, with my Austrian husband and my Siamese cat. I did travel a lot and will keep doing it every now and then ... whenever I will by abroad, I will find a way to keep my guests well hosted.
