Wonderful little traditional villa located on a small agricultural village, 5 minutes drive from the beach, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Heraklion city center.
The space
The property was built in 1860 and has been completely renovated in
2010. Belonged to a Turkish Agha of the region until 1902 that was bought by my grandfather when he settled with his family in the village of Epano Vathia.
Developed in 3 levels due to the land morphology, the main building consists of a nicely decorated living and dining area with a fully - equipped open plan kitchen and one spacious bathroom. Furthermore, it features two double bedrooms, one in the upper and one in the yard level. Two extra guests can be accommodated in the double sofa bed in the living room.
There is an additional guesthouse with an independent entrance. It features a double bedroom and its own bathroom.
