Travel Details from the host -> Born and raised in Zimbabwe as a 2nd generation Greek. I lived most of my adult life in Johannesburg South Africa until we decided to return to Greece permanently in the early 90s. We spend a number of years living in Athens and moved down to Crete in 1999 where I have been living in Rethymnon ever since with my husband Frank. I am a piano teacher by profession and I love music and travel. Crete is a beautiful island with plenty to offer and as a foreign Greek myself I believe I would be great Host as I would be able to offer suggestions for must-see locations / beaches.
