We would lilke to welcome you to our place here in Queens NY. All our guests are very important to us and we strive to keep the apartment as clean as possible for when you arrive. We always wash our sheets even if guests stays for 3 days and clean the apartment. Our attitude is we cannot personally stay in the apartment then we cannot let others stay either. This is our motto. When you arrive if we cannot personally greet you we leave instructions on how to get into the apartment. We speak, and write English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German. We do not intrude into your space or lives as you would have your own private apartment and garden. This is unlike many places in NY that just has a little garden space if any at all. Most places in NY barely has a window. The garden area measures 7.5 M X 12 M or 25 x 40 feet. Welcome, we would love to answer any questions before you book, so please feel free to ask, it's free. :)
