- Very basic apartment and an old one, BUT BIG ENOUGH, so you're paying the least price for Paris.
- It's not super clean ! I try my best to maintain it.
- you're not alone in the apartment ! there'll be always 2-4 more people here.
- it's also kinda noisy.

it's a single bed room, on the fourth floor. Situated in Paris, 20th sector, near metro, tram and bus. The center of paris is 20 mins by metro. You can also walk to the city center through the way full of ambiance and charm. If you're a sporty chap, there is a stadium right in-front, where you can jogging and also an open air gym completely free ! For having cheap meal, paris 20 is a perfect place.
