Centrally located within walking distance from Gare du Nord (15/20 minutes walk), Montmartre and Opera (Department stores) - 15/20 minutes walk.
Two marketshops (open till late at night and on Sundays) are located within only 5 minutes walk from the flat. Many other food shops are also available.
Lively district with many good value for money restaurants - we particularly like "Autour d'un verre" restaurant situated on 21 rue de Trévise. It is run by an American cook (unusual in Paris) in a rustic decor : fresh products and delicious organic wine.
Lots of trendy bars and also typical parisian cafés around.
The flat is situated on one of the most charming squares of Paris which is a real heaven of peace. It is very quiet and peaceful. You'll enjoy the view on the square from the balcony.
The lovely Palais Royal gardens (next to Le Louvre museum) are located only 20 minutes walk away. Go through the picturesque covered passageways to reach it : a lovely walk !
