The space
It's a small, quiet and bright apartment on the ground floor, surrounded by a very nice courtyard.
The kitchen is fully-furnished. The double-sofa-bed is in the small room that has shutters. The last room is a nice living-room with a sofa that can be used as a one-size bed.

Guest access
Everything is at your disposal: books, CDs, DVDs, toaster, coffee maker, squeezer, whisk and blender.

Other things to note

Neighborbood Overview:

You can see the Pantheon (3 min walk away) and Notre-Dame (10 min walk away) from the street.
From there, you can visit the whole city through lovable, easy walks. The Louvres is 30 min walk away using the Seine's riverbanks and walking around l'Ile-de-la-Cité. Wandering around l'Ile-Saint-Louis, you can reach the Marais area in 20 minutes.
The Luxembourg's garden is 5 min away, the Contrescarpe and the Mouffetards areas are 10 minutes away, the Jardin des Plantes is 15 min away...
There are many lovely little restaurants settled in old rooms that still have visible joists in the streets nearby.
Students of the surounding universities gather in the "cafés" around.
Close to the Polytechnique School, the square Larue is my favorite place to have a coffe break.

Je suis parisienne et j'aime énormément ma ville. Mon passe-temps favori est de flâner dans ses rues, le nez-en-l'air, à la découverte de détails de façades, de balcons cachés en hauteur ou de petites places... Je sors peu au restaurant mais j'aime prendre des verres entre amis. Pour moi, recevoir via Airbnb c'est vous offrir une chance de visiter ma ville à petit budget. Les prix que je pratique ne correspondent pas du tout à mes charges sur l'appartement ! Si je devais avoir une devise dans la vie ce serait sans doute "voir le verre à moitié plein, plutôt qu'à moitié vide". Ce qui ne veut pas dire que je ne me bats pas pour remplir d'avantage le verre :)
