J'ai acheté mon appartement en 2017 et j'y ai refait toute la décoration (cuisine neuve, peintures et sols).
Il mesure 67m2, et offre 3 chambres fermées et un salon séjour, petit mais cosy. Il est situé au 4e et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) il est traversant et sans vis-à-vis, avec une vue très dégagée sur les monts du Lyonnais.
Les couchers de soleil y sont très agréables depuis le balcon.
L'appartement est composé de :
- Une cuisine entièrement équipée.
- Une chambre d'ami avec 1 canapé-lit 2 personnes.
- Une chambre enfant avec un lit 1 standard 1 personne et des jouets. Il est possible de mettre un matelas gonflable si besoin.
- Une chambre parentale avec un lit Queen Size, avec une porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon.
- Une salle de douche, petite mais fonctionnelle
