This historic building was originally built in the 18th century and was passed down from generation to generation in our family. Although it was recently renovated, its original stone walls still stand, and its folk elements were kept because of our love for the Island’s traditions.

The space
This beautiful summer house is inspired by the traditions of Karpathos island with characteristics such as the “mousandra”, the wooden platform above the living room, that in the old days used to be the whole family’s bedroom. For the decor of the house we used many of the island’s traditional items in a minimalistic way, in order to provide a sense of lightness and simplicity for your summer vacation.
