Ich vermiete meine helle, gemütliche 30m2 Studentenwohnung während der Zeit, in der ich nicht da bin, unter. Sie hat alles was man zum Wohlfühlen für einen Besuch im schönen Wien braucht und ist sehr zentral im hippen 4. Bezirk gelegen.

The space
Die kleine feine Wohnung gliedert sich in einen Vorraum, von dem aus eine Tür ins Bad, eine in die Toilette und eine in den Wohn/Schlafraum führt. In Letzterem gibts ein gemütliches Doppelbett und einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Küche, wo ihr euch gerne an all meinen Kochutensilien bedienen könnt.
Da ich selber wirklich in der Wohnung wohne und es sich nicht um ein hotelartiges Airbnb handelt sind meine persönlichen Sachen da. Ihr bekommt natürlich frische Bettwäsche und wenn gewünscht Handtücher; eine kleine Garderobe mit freien Kleiderbügeln gibt es auch!
WLAN ist vorhanden, genauso wie ein Radio und eine Anlage mit AUX Kabel zum Musik hören :)

Die Anbindung ins Zentrum, zur Mariahilfer, zum Donaukanal oder sogar zur Donauninsel ist durch die ganzen nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell und einfach und ich erkläre euch gerne vor Ort wie ihr wo am besten hin kommt!
