Charming house with own private garden in central Kos town, in a quiet street with everything within walking distance. The beach,the sea,tavernas,cafe’s,markets, shopping and historical sites,all within a few minutes walk!

The space
This small stone house is situated in a quiet street,has a separate entrace/hallway,fully equipped kitchen,a bedroom with one double bed (sofabed) and one single bed,a smart TV and bathroom with toilet, shower and laundry machine. On the backside you have a private garden with two patios,the larger one has a barbeque. Here you can choose to sit either in the shade of the lemon tree or sunbathe on one of the two the sunbeds.

Full access to the whole house with garden.

Other things to note
Free parking on the street just outside the house. Bus station and bus stops about 250-400 m. Car,scooter and pushbike rentals about 300 m.
