Hello and welcome, my name is Harilao!

Our Villa is located 200 meters from the sandy beach of Kato Stalos, just 2 minutes walking distance, at the top of a small hill. So as you can imagine, the sea view is panoramic from almost every corner of the Villa, inside and outside! The small island across, make the scenery like a piece of art!

In all 250 sq. meters of the villa inside, and 550 outside, there are plenty of different and spacious areas, so its ideal for big groups and families to sit, relax and eat, always with privacy!

The Villa is located 6 kilometres away from the city center in a quite neighborhood with privacy. Although as you walk down to the main road, 150 meters away, you can find everything you want, from fully equipped markets to make your grocery, beach bars, organised beaches with sunbeds, places for breakfast, traditional restaurants with very tasty and quality Greek food, an Italian restaurant, a pharmacy, a mini golf and much more. All of these in walking distance from our Villa!

Travel Details from the host -> Hello, my name is Harilao! I am the owner of Seaview Garden Villa and I am a pharmacist. I run the whole business by myself and on occasions my sister Titi helps me as well. This is the house that we grew up as kids, I know it better than anyone, I love it and maybe that’s the reason why I love so much my job as a host. I am also a designer and i have a collection of jewelry and bow ties. When I started the renovation of the house in 2017, I designed the interior as well as the exterior of the pool and garden. I also designed and built by my self almost every furniture and art pieces of the villa! I’m looking forward meeting you all!
