It is located on the beautiful beach of Sikamia (2 minutes on foot), which is one of the best unorganised and secluded beaches in Kea. Having a car is necessary because the port is about 40 minutes drive from the house and Ioulida, is about 30 minutes drive. It is the ideal place to relax by the sea and enjoy the nature! The house is comprised of ground floor and basement (not internally connected by staircase, but outdoor stairs). There is no swimming pool and no taverns or shops nearby.

This house is unique firstly beacuase of its location, it is on the sandy beach of Sikamia, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Kea island. the clear blue water and the wild beauty of the landscape is the ideal scenery to relax by the sea and enjoy nature. Secondly the interior design and decoration of the house create a homey and cosy atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is aircondition in the living room and ceiling fan in each bedroom.
