Je suis à la recherche de quelqu'un de calme et bonne ambiance qui sous louerait ma chambre sur une période s'étendant de juillet à août.
C'est dans une colocation de 4 étudiants (2 filles 2 mecs) en bachelier.
Le loyer de la chambre est de 350 euros + 50 euros de provision de charge.
Pas de possibilité de prolonger le bail!
La chambre est assez posée. Elle fait environ 14m² et est presque entièrement meublée (photo-ci contre).
