A 100 m il y a des superettes, une agence de location des voitures et motos, un arrêt de bus pour Chania (3 km) ou vers les plages de nord-ouest. Il y a quelques restaurants aux environs. A 2 km sortie de l'autoroute " Omalos".
A moins de 1km d'autres plages de sable fin à la région de Agioi Apostoloi et des balades sympas.

Travel Details from the host -> My name is Dina. I was born in Chania and this had been our summer family holidays house, since I was a child. I speak greek, english and fluent french, as I have been living and working in Paris as a cosmetic R&D chemist for years. I like travelling and I will be glad to introduce you to the cretan culture and hospitality. We are olive oil producers and I launched my organic cosmetic line with cretan herbs, Cretan Essence. The house is one of the first houses of the area, renovated by my husband, Xavier, a french decorator, respecting the original style. It is an independant house, with a nice view to the mountains and the city of Chania, 2 min walking to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti, 3 km from Chania (10 min by public bus or car). It is not necessary to rent a car. The area is very calm and convenient, as it is close to Chania. There are mini-markets, beach bars and restaurants, in a walking distance. There are several small bays in the surroundings and the sea is shallow, ideal for kids. You can rent pedalos and paddleboards in the beach. The national road Heraklion-Kissamos is very near, so the location is perfect for daily trips to the mountains or other villages and beaches. We also rent a second traditional stone house near Elafonissi lagoon, "Villa des Anges", 12 km from Elafonissi, in the village of Perivolia, in the south-west of Crete, renovated by Xavier, you can combine both locations if you wish ( https://abnb.me/PDj3MnliTsb).
