Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. The renovation has finished so today Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors, or 4 in each floor separetely.

The upper floor, which is accessed by a 20-foot stone staircase, sleeps -maximum- up to 6 people (one bathroom).
The price for the upper floor is 150 euros per night for April, May, June, September and October and 190 euros per night for July and August.

The space
• It is a cool old stone house with thick walls, a stone sink and ceiling five and a half feet tall .
Α stone staircase leads to the upper floor which is 70 sqm.The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds. The main bedroom's double bed is 1.50 X 2.00 metres and the other bedroom's bed is 1.20 X 2.00 metres.
