My place is very close to the EU Commission, about 20/30 minutes walking distance to center. It is located in a lovely area with many parks.
It is a cozy and renovated apartment with lots of natural light, parquet in all the rooms and living room (see pictures).
There is everything you may need, modern kitchen. It's perfect for solo or businessmen.
I leave about 10-15 days per month thus sometimes there might be the chance to share the apartment.
There are three bedrooms which are all on airbnb.
The space
it's a relatively small room compared to the first one but nice and equipped.
Guest access
You have access to all the apartment.
Other things to note
I do not always live in the apartment and generally there are some stuffs in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
