Master bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Close to everything that is great about Hamilton Heights (bars, express trains 20min to downtown, parks, ice skating).

Roommates are both men, actor/musician, and wonderful lovely people, usually out and about.

We operate on a loosely clean basis (dishes within 24 hours, clean up after yourself in the living room).

Hamilton Heights is the best kept secret of New York.

Where I live, there are 4 really well priced grocery stores within an avenue walk, $2 drink specials for happy hour and a bar with giant jenga and shuffleboard, access to Riverside/Riverbank State parks (great for pictures of downtown Manhattan and ICE SKATING for so much cheaper than downtown), and great coffee shops like The Monkey Cup and The Chipped Cup.

The area is really safe, even at night. Neighbors tend to be really friendly and say "Hi" as you pass (but not in a creepy sort of way).
