We are in a garden level apartment with bedrooms/living area on one floor and a full basement living room with a half bath downstairs.

We are a couple with a very chill dachshund dog who spends most of his day in bed.

Please note that the bedroom is quite dark but there's a patio if you want to sit in the sun.

We love our diverse neighborhood with a great mix of newer hip restaurants as well as numerous family-run taquerias and latin rotisserie chicken places. There are grocery stores, convenience stores, drugstores and coffee places within walking distance. If you walk up to Troutman St (10 mins) there's a lot of street art to be seen, as well as local bars and nightlife spots.
