Our lovely one-bedroom apartment is located centrally, just 5 minutes of a walk to the charming Eilandje and MAS museum. The kitchen is fully equipped. Netflix is available. Our bathroom has a rainshower and there is a washing machine. A rental city bike station is just in front. It is a great basis to explore the city, and you will find all you need here for a nice stay!

The space
Our apartment has been renovated with an eye for detail. The black kitchen is custom-designed and made by an architect and is at the centre of the apartment, as it deserves to be. The cups, glasses, and plates are carefully chosen from tasteful brands, just like the bedlinen, towels, and other objects. Our neighbourhood is a lively, hip area, with lots of restaurants, cafe's bars, and of course the MAS museum, and a little further, the Red Starline Museum. There is a large and a small supermarket within 2-3 minutes of a walk from to the apartment.

Travel Details from the host -> I live in Antwerp since 2001 and became a real local in the meantime. I love this city and enjoy living in the close proximity to all kinds of nice cafe's, restaurants, theathers, summer bars, stores, etc! In my free time, I like cooking, reading, watching films, spending time with friends, exploring new spots in and outside Antwerp. For sure you can count on me to get good advice on where to eat or go to, from fine dining to the most child-friendly places. I live almost next door to the apartment, together with my husband and two young children. After working for 15 years in a multinational company, mainly as Customer Service Manager, I have decided in 2017 to have some time off to spend with my family and follow my passions, and possibly make an own business out of it in the future. This also gave me the extra time to be able rent this apartment to guests, so that they can enjoy the space and this wonderful city. The apartment was originally meant for our family and friends visiting us from abroad, but we thought it will be a pity not to share it with others when it is not occupied.
