Our private room is perfect for a single person or a couple. You have got a comfortable sofa bed in your living room with TV. The room is in the gound floor next to the rustic diningroom and close to the entrance door. You have got new privat bathroom the an extra toilette.
Our house is located in the south of Vienna. The village is a typical place for local wine and Austrian food. I also live with my two boys Pauli 13 and Julius 20 in this house.
The space
The house is built in 1920, the living room is rusic and the atmosphere is very homely.

We have a kitchen together. You will find a refrigerator and a freezer. There is a microwave and a electric stove. Many pots to cook and enough dishes and cutlery. You can have lunch on the little table in the kitchen or if the weather is fine you can sit on our terrace and enjoy a beautiful day or evening outside.
