The apartment is located in the heart of the 8th district in the neighborhood called "Grands magasins". It is in front of Gare Saint-Lazare, less than 5 minutes walk from the main Parisian department stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps), and 10 minutes walking from Opera de Paris. It is very close to many restaurants, bars and public transportation, especially Gare Saint-Lazare subway station (with 4 different lines: 3, 12, 13 and 14). We propose 7 apartments for 2 to 6 people.
The space
For me the accommodation has three really interesting and nice elements:
- First of all it is very well located. It is close to many touristic places (Madeleine church, Opera de Paris, Galeries Lafayette, place de la Concorde...). Also there are many bars and restaurants in the are.
- Then it has just been refurbished December 2017) and is absolutely ready to welcome its first guests
