Neighborbood Overview:

You are 5' walk from all the best spots in Montmartre without the nuisance of the most visited spots. Just walk along the Montmartre cimetery and you will find yourself in famous Rue des Abesses or Rue Lepic (think Amelie film).
North of the apartment you are in a super convenient spot (around Guy Mocquet station) with everything you need: supermarkets, butchers, boulangeries, just 200 meters away. Most supermarkets close at 10pm.
You can walk to the nice Batignolles area, just less than 10' walk with lots of typical 17th arrondissement streets and so many options of restaurants.
And South Pigalle is a 15' walk from the apartment, with its restaurants, bars, and famous nightlife.
A foodie myself, I'll be very happy to recommend you my favorite spots :)
