I occasionally rent the apartment where I live. It is spacious (910 sq. feet) and offers all the comfort you need.
Located in the Fashion District (le Sentier) this apartment was formerly a "couture atelier" and has been completely remodeled and renovated two years ago, that's why I expect my guests to take good care of it :-)
There is a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed which can sleep a couple. One bedroom has 2 single beds which can eventually be jointed together to sleep another couple. Another bedroom has 1 single bed.
Linen is furnished as well as towels.
Baby cot available !
The area where it's located is very central, a few steps away from the movie theater Le Grand Rex, and from Rue Montorgueil, a street for pedestrians only, with a street market and a lot of french bistros.
Parking available in the neighborhood.
