Scorpio, part of the SERIFIANS houses, is the perfect retreat from the fast pace of the world. Nestled on the tip of a natural rock, the headland gives way to a pristine sandy beach on one side and stunning natural rock and craggy bays on the other.
The residence is built out of stone following the unpretentious spirit of the island and has the stamp of its owner’s architectural view.

A 30 sqm studio with a double bed and a sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and veranda of 100 sqm with dining table and exterior shower with aegean view.
The house accommodates 2-3 people including kids.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic plates, toast maker, coffee maker, water boiler, blender, and other utensils. Also offers machine and clothes dryer capability, hair dryers, iron and iron board, linens and more.
