The house has two main levels; Ground floor with kitchen, bathroom and a dining room, and 1st floor with a bedroom, living room with bed sofa, a small work space and a toilet. There's also a small kitchen and exit to the roof on the 2nd floor. There's a great view to the sea and the harbour on all levels.
The space
The building itself is quite old and was fully renovated some years ago.
It is about 100 square meters in total, split on two levels and a small additional kitchen on the top with access to the terrace.

You'll have access to the whole house.
Other things to note
We normally drink bottled water, but the tap water is safe (desalinated sea water) and we use it for cooking and cleaning. The super markets can deliver your shopping to your door, which saves you from carrying too much up the steps.
