The Stemmy's house is a freshly renovated maisonette at about 40meters near the sea,beach bars,restaurants.Quite and strategically located to explore Kos island.On the ground floor,there is fully furnished kitchen and living room that is connected by an internal wooden staircase with the fisrt floor where are 2bedrooms and a bathroom.On the ground floor there are two courtyards and on the first floor a balcony.The maisonette can accomodate comfortably up to 4persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator,electric stove,kettle,toaster,glasses,dishes and cutlery
The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower.
The are dehumidifier and 3 air conditioners (2 in each room - 1 in the living room).
Comfortable bed and high quality bed linen and towels.
In the fisrt bedroom there is a double bed and wardrobe in the second room there is 2 singles bed and wardrobe.
